How long have you been training with sportsfit?
I started when I moved to London in September 2015.
How many sessions to you aim for a week?
I try and get to 4-5 sessions per week.
What is your favourite sessions?
Oh jeez! SAQ and Power are great fun as the exercises I do in class are very different to those I would typically do in the gym or while training. Strength is always a massive challenge and I always try and get my weekly fix of Reformer Pilates too!
Any fitness health or sports goals you have achieved recently?
I recently competed in the European Touch Championships with England Touch, which we won!
What benefits does being in the sportsfit community provide for you?
It gets me out of bed in the morning and makes me exercise after a hard days work. When people ask me why I do it, the first answer I give is because I get to see my friends. That’s what being a sportsfitter is about – a great group of people working hard not just for themselves but each other.
Have you set your 2017 goals yet? If so how will being a #sportsfitter help you achieve This?
No goals have been set for 2017 just yet, but if you can conquer a sportsfit cycle you can just about do anything.
